Dan currently runs a successful multifamily investment sales brokerage team with CBRE. Dan has personally brokered over 400 transactions for investor clients totaling $1B + in dollar volume. Many of the transactions Dan has completed for investors has involved 1031 exchanges. Dan has helped grow his investors multifamily portfolios by trading them into larger properties, increased unit counts to maximize cashflow and appreciation. Dan also invests in multifamily properties and is currently on a journey to own 100 doors in SoCal. Dan has earned his CCIM designation in 2010 and is an EVP @CBRE.
