I'm Kim and I'm on a weight loss journey. I have over 200 pounds to lose and it's hard. I struggle but I never give up. I want to inspire you to do the same. I'm trying to establish healthy eating habits especially since I'm facing a major spine surgery and two knee replacements. I have been turned down many times due to my BMI. I've not been overweight my entire life. It only became a problem with my first pregnancy in 1986. I packed on more weight year after year until I reached my highest weight several years ago. I'm on numerous medications and have multiple health issues. Losing weight will only help! I do "Let's Cook" videos, weigh in, meal prep and sometimes we just chat.
