I plan to combine my 2 passions on this channel, paper crafting and health/wellness. I have been an avid crafter for over 20 years and that evolved to include decorative planning. For the past 6 months I have been on a health and fitness journey , and had great success using WW (formerly weight watchers) and Tonal. So far I'm now over 30 pounds and close to my first goal weight. Please join me in 2022 so we can plan our way to a healthier and fitter lifestyle!
