Programming for supreme positivity and a triumphant mindset for success. I've gone DEEP on subconscious reprogramming for years. Through trial and error, I've honed in on things that work. I had so much success that I decided to share my work. I'm a constant learner and continue to experiment and refine all the time. Some of the tracks are subconscious reprogramming, some are for inspiration and motivation. Most importantly, they're positive input to counteract all the negativity we're exposed to on a daily basis. Several are based on books, and there are plenty of useful paraphrases and quotes throughout, from everything from The Iliad to the Rigveda. Repetition and consistency are key. For faster results, listen daily while drifting off to sleep. Make the volume low enough to fall sleep. I DO NOT recommend listening through a full night's sleep. Interfering with REM cycles can create resistance. Stay consistent long-term to maintain results—just like working out.
