This is the Official YouTube Channel of the prominent Bulgarian mountaineer, motivational speaker, vegan and authors of books, Atanas Skatov. He is the first vegan to climb Mount Everest on 24th May 2014. Here you can many interesting video and movies related to his expeditions on the Seven Summits and the 14 Eight-thousanders in Himalaya and Karakorum. In less than than 6 years Atanas Skatov climbed 7 peaks above 8000 meters and became the first Bulgarian to have climbed the Seven Continental Summits. He managed to achieve all this without consumption of food of animal origin and without any professional experience in mountaineering or sports. He is the first and only Bulgarian and the first vegan in the world who have climbed the Seven Summits. Currently he is climbing the Himalayan crown. So far he ascended 6 of them: Everest (via North and South routes), Manaslu, Annapurna, Makalu, Lhotse, Cho Oyu (without supplement oxygen or Sherpa help). 14x8000xVegan
