Aurora Borealis Knives
I have been a knife enthusiast for several decades now starting with my use of the good old swiss army knife as a boy scout. Since then I have always been working in the woods clearing quad trails at the family farm and cutting down trees for firewood. I have been an avid outdoorsman, interested in mountain hiking, camping, canoeing, fishing, hunting, winter camping, bushcrafting etc… Over the years, I have owned and used knives from most of the major knife companies and many from custom knife makers. Owning and using so many knives has helped me develop a good idea of what works and what doesn’t in the real world. I have been making my own hand made knives for more than 10 years using good old high carbon steels, stainless steels and the so called high alloy super steels. I hope you enjoy my knife designs and I’m always interested to hear your feedback so we can produce the best knives at an affordable price point.
