The Special Forces Group is a “talent magnetic” organization, driven by the intrinsic motivation of its members, in a relentless pursuit of excellence, with an unbreakable will to succeed. The SF culture stands for high-class values, moral principles and a work ethic lived by all of its members. Ego’s and personal ambition give way to group dynamics and community spirit. People don’t join the Special Forces because we are special, but because they are. Our mission is to serve and protect the Belgian community. Our technical skills, physical fitness and mental strength will make the difference between life and death, therefore our training is never complete. We look at current and future conflicts, predict ends, ways and means, organize superior selection, arrange state of the art education, operational training by a never-ending cycle of learning, adapting and anticipating towards future conflicts. We don’t hope for an easy life, but train to endure a hard one. Who dares wins.
