I graduated from culinary school in 2001 and although I have long ago transitioned my career into a completely different field I still have a passion for cooking. My kitchen is my happy place and I enjoy cooking for my loved ones. This channel is still in its infancy and it will continue to develop. I started this channel because I wanted to encourage those intimidated by the slight idea of cooking. But then, I went through a vegan phase. It only lasted 3 months but I LOVED how creative I became. The fun thing about being vegan is that you just don't have that pre-set notion of what the dish should taste like when you care creating something totally new in your menu. After that I took a little break and then I decided what this channel would be all about, at least for now. This is a place for me to post my favorite recipes, so I can refer back to them rather than looking at my cook book. I caught myself replaying some of my videos for certain recipes. I hope you enjoy it!
