Hey, my name is Bethany! I live in Northern California with my husband Riley and our two kids, Jacob and Kennedy. I am a stay-at-home mom as well as a certified personal trainer and have a passion for all things health and fitness, especially lifting heavy weights. My channel motto is "balancing health and fitness with mom life" because it is my hope that I can inspire and encourage other moms to be healthy and fit everyday in order to take care of themselves first, so that they can have the well-being to pour into their kids' lives. Fitness is not my only passion tho! I have a deep love for coffee, good food (including treats, because #balance), fashion, home decor, and being the best mom that I can be.
