Hey guys , I’m Annie , aka Bikini Iron . Im the momma of 3 beautiful girls, a trainer, nutritional advisor and 4X NPC Overall Bikini Champ. Fitness had always been in my life but, I completely lost myself in a long term abusive marriage. Yep... Im "that" girl. I woke up one day and couldn't believe that I had allowed my life to go that direction. I just had my 1st baby and I wanted her to grow up with self respect, confidence and an undeniable belief in what she could accomplish as a strong woman in life. NONE of which I had after that marriage. I began trying to find myself again and fell back in love with fitness. I began competing and It changed my entire world. Bikini Iron was born. I now have helped thousands of women achieve their fit goals. I plan on at least a million more before I die! LOL... This is my mission. This is what makes my heart full!
