Hi, I'm Bob, a passionate Physical Therapist and I love what I do. I have been working in the fitness and health care industry for the last 16 years. I help my patients in my clinic to recover and get better 1st with understanding the root of their injury and 2nd following a simple tips and exercise routine daily to get back to their daily activities without medications, injections, or surgery. I am highly interested about lower back pain and methods that can help my patients to recover, and stay active pain free. For the reason, and I have decided to create this channel to share with you my experience, and also teach you some practical tips to understand the root of your injury and show you a home-based rehabilitation and exercise routine to follow for a quicker recovery.
