Broken Battery
I'm a severe ME/CFS patient, I became sick in December 2014, I was mild and still able to work full time. I managed to get a diagnosis after 6 months and was told ME/CFS was deconditioning and recommended Graded Exercise Therapy. I read all the literature and believed it was safe, there were no warnings about the damage exercise can do. I relapsed so severely I had to move back to the family home and be cared for by my father. I never recovered. After learning about the history of ME/CFS, the poor science, the neglect, the mistreatment and harm I started to make videos to raise awareness.
