In 2012 she quit and started coaching full-time. Word spread, people sought her for group career& job-search training Then along came the university contracts and the rest is history. The growth was as unexpected as it was exhilarating and fulfilling. So Hira did more and more... eventually making videos "on the go" on an iPhone 4 and uploading them for candidates clamoring for help as coaching slots ran out. That highly personal (clearly unscripted) material became the "Youtube Channel" you see today.
