Helping busy home cooks eat well with less stress, by teaming up with our gadget friends. Hi, I’m Susan and I learned the value of eating well and getting ahead while recovering from a head injury. I now have a nutrition degree and am also an NHS-trained Mindfulness Teacher. My mission is to help you save time & have some calm in the kitchen, by making good use of Instant Pot and kitchen gadgets to help you eat well.
