Much of my channel content will be devoted to helping those with anxiety and panic attacks. I have told the story of my first encounter with panic, my recovery and then its return many years later. Some of the videos are quite long but I hope viewers will take the time to watch them right through as I include some vital information to help sufferers understand and then recover from their anxiety. My experience with panic and anxiety spans 42 years and I want to pass on all that I have learned through that time. I shall also do some special videos talking about my understanding and experience of certain aspects of the anxiety state, such as the physical symptoms, the mental experiences and why it is that people find it so hard to get out of this state.
