The reason I created this channel is to provide public education. I am an instructor with the Insurance Institute of Canada. For many years, I have been teaching insurance and risk management (automobile insurance, homeowners insurance, condo insurance, and numerous commercial insurance coverages such as Commercial General Liability, Directors and Officers Insurance, Business Interruption insurance, Errors and Omissions Insurance, etc.,). I wanted to create a YouTube Channel, where I can build a repository of knowledge, to be used by the public as well as brokers and agents who sell insurance to the public. Surveys have shown that the majority of the public do not have a full comprehension of all the nuances contained in their insurance policies. Therefore, the objective of this Channel is to provide some clarity on the subject of insurance.
