He's a doctor from La Sabana University. He studied at the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM) in the United States. He also has a postgraduate degree in Physiology and Clinical Biochemistry from Harvard University. He began his path in nutrition with Stanley Dudrick, who was his teacher and inspiration at Yale University. He is the founder of the Institute of Functional Medicine, a leader in its field in the Hispanic territory. He has a clinical practice in Colombia. He works as a teacher and international speaker, and thus educates thousands of people and health professionals in various Hispanic countries. He is also a research and development consultant for multinational food and supplement companies. He is an author, part-time instagramer, amateur cook, husband and proud father. His passion is to find the cure at the root of chronic disease and his mission is to "educate with science" to as many people as possible. Author of the international bestseller The Metabolic Miracle.
