Dr. Daniel Gärtner is a sports scientist, sports teacher and fitness trainer. He works full-time as a lecturer at the Technical University of Munich. He wrote his doctoral thesis abount the effects of flexibility training. Daniel also works as a presenter and ambassador for fitness and is an instructor at his own business 5Dsports Functional Fitness and KiBo Kickbox Aerobic. He writes books and is doing TV-jobs in television productions. As a speaker, he speaks about fitness, health and science at congresses and seminars. In his sparetime he loves to be the leader of Kun-Tai-Ko Martial Arts - a martial arts stunt and show team. His hobbies are gymnastics, climbing, cooking, kickboxing and fitness training.
