I am a registered psychologist in British Columbia, Canada, certified in cognitive-behavioral therapy and I have been working with clients, helping them overcome anxiety and depression conditions for years. This channel is a place to learn about psychology and the features of common psychological difficulties such as anxiety, worry, stress, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder and tools to help better manage these conditions. The goal of this channel is to teach and inform about scientifically-support and proven techniques to better manage psychological difficulties to help you live better. I would like this to build and develop a community of people supporting one another. I would like this channel to be as interactive as possible, so please leave comments about your thoughts and suggestions for future videos. I don't know exactly where this channel is going to end up, but it will be fun to go on the journey and I hope you will join me.
