I'm from Houston, Texas and I suffer from a disease called Polycystic Kidney and Liver Disease, which causes high blood pressure. Because of my high blood pressure, I have to eat carefully and take care of my health. So I created this channel to help educate others all about high blood pressure and how to control it.
