Bodybuilding - Exercise Science - Home Gym - Tactical Fitness I have Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology. I have spent my time earning my degree experimenting on myself with different forms of exercise including; CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, Power Lifting, and Bodybuilding. I've experimented with all diet plans, supplements, sleeping patterns etc. This channel is devoted to explaining my experiences and knowledge in a positive and relatable way. I founded JAWS Fitness as part of my Exercise Physiology major at Brigham Young University-Idaho in 2015. As I dove deeper into the fitness world I noticed that several successful online trainers were delivering an inferior product and profiting off of others' lack of knowledge.
