MY MOTTO: Life is busy and filled with stress……Make some time for fun and new experiences! It will do wonders for your mind and body. MY STORY: I started paddle boarding 10 years ago at a friend’s beach party and have worked for 2 different SUP companies as an instructor. Over the years I've gotten to meet a variety of people from all over the world and had to learn to adapt to each person. I do my best to explain things as clearly as possible so anybody, no matter the experience, can have a wonderful time on the water. There’s so much more to paddle boarding than most people realize. It is one of the most versatile water activity you can do. It can be super intense. People train hours and race all over the world. Others use it for exploring the coasts and lakes. Some do it for yoga or the relaxation of being out in nature to escape the bustle of life. Whatever way you decided, there is no wrong way. Just get out there and enjoy the life you have your way.
