Hi, I'm Sheina. I created this channel to help call center applicants ace their job interviews, improve their English and call handling skills, and survive their call center life. I worked in the call center industry for 4 years (two years as a Customer Service Representative, two years as a Quality Analyst). All the tips I'm sharing here are based on experience. Years ago, when I first applied as a call center agent, there just weren't enough information and tips on how to land a call center job. My goal is to change that. I truly hope this channel will help you, even just a tiny bit. :)
