Lanier McKinney
Lanier McKinney is a native of Huntsville, Alabama. He is a multi-talented professional dancer, choreographer, model and has credits as an actor in numerous films. Although he enjoyed dancing his whole life he began his professional career in Atlanta, Georgia in 2010. He went from being a freelance artist to a globally booked professional dancer. His most notable highlight and the longest-lasting opportunity was a lead dancer for the legendary superstar & recording artist Mariah Carey. He also assisted with choreography on her Asia tour in 2018, and performed as her solo disco roller skater. He also assisted with choreography on her Caution World Tour in 2019 as well. His most recent appearance was with Doja Cat at Coachella 2022 as a core dancer. His other accomplishments include Beyonce Knowles in “Black is King,” Rita Ora featured on the Boy Band and Teen Choice Awards; Mary J Blige and ASAP Rocky BET Experience; Isabella Moner “Papi”, Katy Perry; Betty Who; and Wiz Khalifa.
