Our Mission - what we offer Our aim is to improve the quality of life and personal development, particularly of people in need, through practicing Martial Arts.The Martial Arts are a particular type of sport that lends itself to this mission wonderfully. On the one hand, it helps to improve physical well-being, teaches ways to defend oneself, and thereby creates a feeling of bodily happiness, confidence and strength. On the other hand, the Martial Arts go beyond the physical dimension. There is a mental, or rather spiritual, side to practicing kung fu, tai chi or yoga. You're support will help us fulfil our goal of growing a global community of people learning and benefiting from our Lohan Organisation.
