You can find me on instagram @mekashealingjourney Email mimiajoku@gmail.com After years of suffering with chronic/acute pain amidst other symptoms basically a ‘mystery’ illness and then finally getting diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome, by Gods help I discovered the power in life giving foods and started my journey to repair my body. I JUICED HAD LARGE SALADS AND SMOOTHIES. Changed how I handle stress etc. Now I have boundless energy and hardly experience pain. I GROW Most of MY VEGETABLES and FORAGE for HEALING HERBS AND FOOD Which I’ve used to heal FIBROMYALGIA and CHRONIC FATIGUE . I also share recipes and JUICES for healing including JUICER and Kitchen gadgets REVIEW’s.
