Welcome to my health, lifestyle, and fitness video channel, My Fitness Journey with Mark. All my life I have been big, my heaviest was around 470lbs, I say around as that was all my scales would show! Starting as morbidly obese, now I am ''just'' obese and my weight loss journey continues but it started, after needing an operation and being told I wouldn’t fit in a normal hospital bed I realized it was time to do something about my weight and since then I have lost (at the time of writing this) nearly 190lbs. I spent so many hours looking at videos and seeing these amazing transformations of people but they never fully explained what they had done, so I decided to create videos of my journey. What had and hadn’t worked for me, with the aim of helping people like me!
