As a health and wellness coach, at 70 I believe that by embracing the evidence-based lifestyle choices I outline, you can expect to live in vibrant health into your 80s, 90s and beyond. Knowing that we are what we eat, most of the videos in my channel are cooking class videos representing my belief in, and passion for, Whole Food Plant-Based nutrition. The recipes are gluten free and have little or no salt, oil and sugar. In time, more videos and podcasts on healthful living will appear. When you love the food that loves you back, it is easy to gleefully kick your diet up a notch. My demos and recipes are intended to help you do just that!
