Hi ?? My name is Nicole and I'm a 750-hour advanced yoga, meditation, and breathwork teacher as well as a holistic health coach. When I started with yoga, I was in the worst physical place of my life. I had gone through two surgeries, had constant back pain, and was completely disconnected from my body. I don’t want to sound too dramatic, but starting with yoga was the best decision of my entire life. My pain disappeared completely, it helped so so much with my recovery, and my whole mindset changed entirely. That’s why I have the strong desire to bring this powerful practice to as many other people as possible. I’m so grateful you are here, and I hope my videos can help you in whichever place you’re in right now.
