The company was founded by Michel Kripalani, who was most recently with Autodesk, but gained notoriety as a founder and the CEO of Presto Studios, developers of the hailed Journeyman Project Series and Myst III: Exile. Oceanhouse Media's team is comprised of senior software developers who have shipped many best-selling software products over the last 30 years. Many have roots in the videogame space, and collectively, they have come to realize that there is more to life than always building the next best videogame. The time has come to do something more purposeful. Thus, their mantra is Creativity with Purpose. Oceanhouse Media is based in Encinitas, CA and was founded in January of 2009.
