OsteoFlex is a professionally structured routine of deep stretches to aid all muscle groups in the body to be at optimum muscle tone. These stretches are based on current scientific research on the type of stretch that should be carried out, for what duration and how many repetitions. This in turn has proven to increase your range of motion (ROM) and therefore overall flexibility within the body. This allows the body to feel less stiff, at ease and prevention of further injury or strain on muscle groups. These stretches are specific for different common injuries that are seen in practice such as: Low back pain / stiffness Upper back, neck and shoulder pain / stiffness RSI/Tennis elbow Knee & hip pain Calf and leg tightness The stretches can help provide relief from these issues if they are caused by muscular tightness, but you must always consult your professional therapist for further advice.
