Hello, I'm a Senior Lecturer and Clinical Scientist in Cardiovascular Physiology at Bangor University, Bangor, UK, and I have created this channel to provide short informative video tutorials about key concepts in human and exercise physiology, as well as some information on general academic skills. The videos are suitable for all individuals who are interested in the physiological responses to exercise as well as the chronic effects of disease on different organ systems of the body. The videos can be used as revision aids to support your understanding of these topics.
