Hi, I’m Christina Rae! I’m a philanthropic somatic healer, breathwork guide, coach, podcast host, owner of Pildora Enterprises and a grateful inhabitant of this planet. I am also a former addict and alcoholic. Yes, once upon a time I lived a very toxic life, fueled by trauma, fear and anger and I ran over pretty much anyone who stood in my way. But everything changed, when I finally woke up. As a somatic healer, I guide clients in taking out the toxic emotional baggage without having to relive the painful memories. Together we move through trauma, addiction and stress/anxiety using breathwork and somatic practices.
