I’m just a mom/wife who loves to cook, bake, and eat. I created this channel to help me lose weight and for find support and encouragement from others tryin’ to do the same. This is where I document my meals, the recipes I make, my struggles,my goals and my successes. I first started Watchers Watchers for the first time 17 years ago at the age of 20. I had just been diagnosed with a rare blood disease called aplastic anemia. The doctors were very confident it was leukemia but it turned out to be a complete shutdown of my bone marrow. I had to under go a bone marrow transplant and a harsh dose of chemotherapy treatment. I lost all my hair and gained over 60lbs from medication. I was at an absolute low. I was depressed and felt so uncomfortable with myself. My mom suggested I go with her to weight watchers and it was the best thing that I ever did for myself. I ended up losing 75lbs in 9 months and kept it off until I got married and had my first child.
