The Baseball Barn hitting channel is about bringing you, the player, coach or parent current hitting techniques based on science, results and the study of high speed video of the best hitters on the planet; former, current and future MLB players. I bring information and tips on hitting technique and the mental side of the game to you without all the fluff or misleading information that has been repeated for the past 50+ years such as swing straight down to the ball, throw your hands at the ball, chop wood, knob to the ball, squish the bug, spin on your back foot, pivot your hips, and more of the same old, tired sayings that do not help. I am a student of hitting and still watch, listen and read other hitting instructors to keep up on what is going on out in the hitting world. As a Master Certified Epstein Hitting Instructor, I work closely with Jake and Mike Epstein who worked closely with Ted Williams. Here's to getting a good pitch and hitting it hard!
