My personal spinal health challenge was moderate to severe lumbar spinal stenosis, which caused inability to walk or stand without severe low back pain and leg pain, tingling and numbness. This spinal disability made my life miserable, not able to keep an active lifestyle, of a busy practice, beach volleyball, basketball, working out and playing with my kids.
