Hi, I am an actor, Japanese sword fight choreographer and coach from Japan, now living in LA. On this channel I teach samurai sword martial arts that anyone can learn. For me martial arts is an ART. I have developed my own method which I call the Kaz Method. The CORE of the KAZ METHOD is 3 things: ?? CHUSHIN or CENTER ?? KOKYU or BREATH and ?? TANDEN or LOWER ABDOMEN I developed this especially for artists and performers but it is a POWERFUL training for anyone! By mastering the techniques I will teach you, you can achieve HARMONY of BODY, BREATH and MIND. When you achieve mind body harmony you can find inner peace. You have better FOCUS.
