Pilates has helped me feel stronger, more flexible, better aligned, and has kept me mobile throughout my pregnancy and the postnatal stage. Pilates teaches you how to engage your core, it strengthens big and small muscle groups, adjusts alignment, and helps gain mobility and flexibility...it's really the jackpot of all workouts!
