I am the founder of AgeNoBar.com which focuses on issues of women in their midlife. While I myself struggled through the midlife issues like menopause, depression, midlife weight gain, etc., I realized the need for correct information on the digital platforms about the issues faced by women in this age. Topics covered on the YouTube channels vary from nutrition, health& fitness, yoga routines, home workout, and lifestyle. The average frequency of upload is 1 video/week. I invite subject matter experts on my channel to get their guidance. I also contribute to regional channels like Lokmat Sakhi for Marathi video content on women’s health.
