I have been working in the data space most of my career. I started my career as a lecturer after completing my PhD in Psychology, where I specialised in modelling human behaviour. I currently run two data companies, Be Data Solutions and Subatomic Analytics, with offices in UK and Bangladesh. I am the Chief Data Scientist for Tribal Worldwide, where I oversee the data offering for their London and Singapore agencies. Finally, I am also the Chief Product and Data Officer for OutThink, a cyber security start-up, building the world's first Predictive Human Risk Model. My previous roles have included, Managing Director at Stream Intelligence, an agency I co-founded, Managing Partner, Data & Insights at Wunderman, Head of Data at DDB, and Head of Business Information and Customer Data Strategy at ITV. I have worked with some of the world largest brands helping them use data to deliver businesss results. I have also worked across the NHS and local government in various roles.
