Kyle Ruggeri, CARC (Certified Addiction Recovery Coach) (AKA - K Ruggs -The Soberdog). I'm a recovering drug addict/alcoholic. My addiction took me to the depths of hell. Pure misery and insanity. I ended up spending 4 years of my life in NY State prison. Over a year of my prison time (390 days) was spent in the box (Solitary Confinement). I SPENT YEARS TRYING TO HIDE AND RUN AWAY FROM MY PAST. WHEN I FINALLY ACCEPTED IT, I REALIZED OUR STORIES CAN HELP OTHERS, SOBERDOGS WAS BORN.
