I have worked in the Aerospace Industry for 27 years in these skills...CNC & centre lathe setting and machining, assembling & testing hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical components. The majority being for military and civil aircraft and other transport. I have a very small backyard workshop with a Myford ML7, a Chinese Mini Lathe and a bench drill as the main machines. I design and make lathe tools, do machine upgrades and repairs, make target shooting, survival and photographic equipment. Plus I do reviews of things I get to use in the workshop. In 2012, I was diagnosed with depression and have had some psychotic episodes, spending some time in hospital. In 2016 my brother gave me a Myford ML7 which inspired me to do my first video. I had so many likes and encouragement from viewers and subscribers, that I carried on. This channel came about by chance, without any thought or planning. I enjoy sharing what I do and it helps me to stay creative and positive.
