Chillin' & Grillin' with Troy in Austin, TX. I'm originally from Baton Rouge, LA, but have been in Austin, TX since 1990. I try to incorporate some Cajun and Creole flavors with Southwestern flare. On my channel, you will see Southern Cooking mixed with a little Cajun, Texas BBQ, Italian, Mexican, Danish, and whatever else I feel like cooking.
