This channel is about my journey to healing my chronic acid reflux. My reflux had gotten so bad that I had lost my voice for years, I was having constant symptoms and was in constant pain. It was hard to even hold a job or communicate with people. It was essentially destroying my life. I finally hit a breaking point and decided to devote every minute of my time to looking for a solution to my acid reflux. I spent months doing nothing but researching. I scoured hundreds of research papers and created a program that got me completely free of chronic LPR and GERD. I've created this channel to share the process I went through and my findings on how to get free of LPR and GERD by fixing the core causes of reflux, not just the symptoms. Everyone is different, but if my years of self-experimentation and research can help some people overcome this horrible, debilitating condition then I'll know this channel will have been worth every ounce of effort.
