I’m no professional, just a woman that has a desire to chop, combine, stir, and whisk things to perfection (or close enough to it). I grew up in America with a Bangladeshi family. My food buds only recognized a rice (bhatt), fish, and beans (daal) diet. Not until I got older did I start experimenting with other types of cuisines; American, Italian, Chinese, Thai, etc. I was 15, in my first cooking class in high-school when I discovered my favorite pastime and hobby.
