I gained more than the Freshman 15 while in university - eating a ton of takeout and wasting a lot of money on food because I always felt too tired to cook. Then I discovered meal prep. I've learned that you don't need to spend several hours in the kitchen to whip up delicious, healthy food. You just need to develop better habits and make it work for your schedule. Believe it or not, it's been almost 10 years since I discovered meal prep and I can never go back!
