I'm so excited you found my channel! I decided about a two years ago to take my health into my own hands learn how to cook on this ketogenic diet. I've seen incredible results from a low carb high fat diet. The hardest part for me was learning how to cook on the ketogenic diet. I've dedicated myself to sharing what I have learned thus far. Subscribe and you'll join the rest of us who want to move past the simple butter, eggs, and bacon to learn how to make impressive Keto friendly recipes. Every week I create 1 new recipe for the low carb / ketogenic diet community. We'll be using more advanced culinary techniques than other YouTube channels typically do.
