It covers a broader range of topics, including but not limited to: - Self-Improvement - Meditation - Nutrition - Weight loss - Exercising - Theravada Buddhism - Finances - Mind Science - Emotional Purification I only cover topics I feel I am knowledgeable on and can contribute something of value. I will not engage in political discussion of any kind. As a general disclaimer, I am no official expert or consultant on any of the above-mentioned topics but academia, where I hold a Ph.D. (Dr. rer. nat.) in theoretical computer science. Every piece of information I present should be taken with a grain of salt and cross-validated with other sources. That said, I personally had great success with all the info I present and can recommend from experience.
