The Sleep Guy
My story begins during the last days of my father's life, he'd lost the ability to fall asleep. At the time I was a successful consultant and project manager who dismissed my own sleep apnea for years, yet all of that changed the more I paid attention to family members, friends and strangers tell me about their bouts of insomnia and other sleep disorders. Slowly my world view transformed as I became compelled to find out why so many products, resources, and experts exist in the sleep industry but very few are cutting through. People are literally walking around sleep-deprived like its normal, in turn, the crisis steadily grows. Something is stifling the broadcast beyond the pandemic and that is why I created this channel. People like you have encouraged me with your stories to build a consumer-based one-stop-shop for sleep information, now I ask that you join me and help spread the word because BETTER SLEEP, MAKES FOR A BETTER WORLD.
