As I write (28 December 2020), the channel has just achieved 100 subscribers after having been running for 3-4 months. This is a modest but significant milestone and reassures me that this was not a terrible idea! I will now abandon extrinsic measures and concentrate on producing content that you want to see. The concept of the channel is to blend: 1) Showing off the outdoors and encouraging exploration 2) Videos that can be used as treadmill workout scenery The idea was born out of the first lockdown. I got outdoors more and was stunned by the things that I saw. However, I had no one to share it with. I was also aware that lots of people could not access the countryside and wanted exposure to it, either as 'Slow TV' or treadmill TV. Plus, some people just want someone to show them the way first - I'll do that.
